We offer monthly membership packages or a la carte packages if you just have a few things you need help with but not on a monthly, ongoing basis.
Essential Care
Our Essential Care package provides ~4 visits/hours per month customizable to your needs. Common services include: property checks, mail and package management, plant care, trash management, and service provider scheduling, coordination and management.
Premium Care
The Premium Care package dedicates additional time and visits each month for managing and caring for your property. Services are configured specifically to fit your home or rental needs. ~8 hours/visits per month.
Signature Care
Signature Care package provides the ultimate in home / property operations. We’ll manage service providers, oversee projects, and provide that extra time and detail that will keep your home beautifully maintained and always welcoming.

After two decades in the fast-paced tech industry, I traded the boardroom and an extensive global travel schedule for the California coastline—and turned my lifelong passion for homes and hospitality into a business. My husband and I spent years lovingly renovating our 1909 home in Boston, inside and out, and have a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, high quality materials and attention to detail.
