We offer regular monthly service or a la carte packages if you need occasional or seasonal help.

Essential Care

Our Essential Care package provides ~4 visits/hours per month customizable to your needs. Common services include: property checks, mail and package management, plant care, trash management, and light/occasional service provider scheduling, coordination and oversight.

Premium Care

The Premium Care package dedicates additional time and visits each month for managing and caring for your property. Services are configured specifically to fit your home or rental property needs. ~8 hours/visits per month.

À La Carte Care Plans

À la carte plans for those needing occasional or seasonal help. Great for seasonal residents, frequent travelers or something in between. We’ll devise a plan with you to fit your needs.

After two decades in the fast-paced tech industry, I traded the boardroom and an extensive global travel schedule for the California coastline—and turned my lifelong passion for homes and hospitality into a business. My husband and I spent years lovingly renovating our 1909 home in Boston, inside and out, and have a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, high quality materials and attention to detail.

Now based in Del Mar, Coast & Laurel brings that same care and respect to homes of others.
